Faculty, staff, and student employees will be notified of required training through their supervisors and by email notification sent to the employees’ myBama (or Crimson) email address. New hires are added to UA LMS the day after their ePA is processed.  At that time, they are automatically assigned the required training and receive email notification of their due date.

Steps to Access Compliance Training in UA LMS (Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees)

  1. Log in to myBama and click on the Campus Life tab.
  2. Scroll half-way down the page and click on the UA LMS logo.
  3. Your assignments will be available from the home screen.

Refer to the Compliance Training FAQs for more information about this year’s training assignments.
