Per theĀ Policy Development and Management Policy, the University policy coordinator is housed in the Office of Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs, and is responsible for:
  • Coordinating the review and approval process for policies from all divisions.
  • Managing the policy document library.
  • Ensuring that all University Policies are posted appropriately.
  • Serving as the campus designees for policy review under Board Rule 108.

As the administrator of the UA Policy Management System, the University policy coordinator also assists in reviewing proposed policy drafts to ensure that there are no conflicts with existing policies or board rules, the language is clear, and the formatting meets University standards.
