All existing employees are required to complete their annual training during this timeframe, regardless of when they were required to complete training in prior years. The courses assigned for annual training are shortened versions that are different from those assigned as introductory training for new hires. Failure to complete assignments by the due date will result in the user losing access to the shortened review courses.
